    • Tasting Notes

Delicious. Soft juice fermented down to bone dry in tank and transferred to seasoned French oak for a 10 month period. Full malolactic fermentation (softening of the natural acid) provides both a nougat, crème caramel and nutty character, and at the same time a supple viscosity and complexity. Elegant and subtle.

    • Style

Early-picked, full malo, seasoned French oak.

    • Colour

      Delicate, bright pale yellow tints.

    • Bouquet

      Cashew, white peach, nougat.

    • Palate

White peach, nougat, crème caramel and nutty character with a supple viscosity and complexity. Elegant and subtle.

    • Peak Drinking / Cellaring Potential

Will cellar beautifully for around 6 or 7 years - maybe more - it will just keep getting more complex and delicious with a natural mouthwatering acid running through.

    • Food Matches

      Shellfish, alfredo pasta, light meals.
